We at Yashoda Foundation believe in the age-old adage about teaching people to fish rather than giving them the fish. We have worked with experts to develop innovative programs to skill and re skill the youth and their families to be able to not only access employment opportunities but also to become entrepreneurs, grow themselves and eventually become a source of employment for the community.
All the programs focus on skill development, language skills, business mentoring and market linkages. The Foundation has also developed special programs to mentor and support women entrepreneurs and women Self Help Groups. Quite a majority of our beneficiaries are parents and families of the children involved in our education initiatives.
